LoanCalc collects as little as possible. Here's the full list:

Calculator inputs

The numbers you enter into calculators are processed entirely in your browser. They are never sent to our servers, never stored, and never shared. Close the tab and they're gone — with one exception: if you tap "Email me my results," the summary shown on screen and the email address you enter are sent to our server for the sole purpose of emailing you those results, once.

When you request your results by email, we send a single email through our email provider (Resend) and nothing else. We don't store your calculation, and we don't sell or share your address. Your address may be kept in our mailing audience so we can occasionally email you about LoanCalc; any such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you'll never get one you didn't ask for without a way out.

Analytics & logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (pages requested, rough timing) to keep the site running. We don't run third-party analytics that fingerprint you.

Advertising

LoanCalc is free because it shows ads. We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites, and to measure ad performance. Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
